Firefox 3.5 | มันมาแล้วหมาไำฟ 3.5!

หลังจากที่ไดบอกสรรพคุณของ firefox รุ่นใหม่ 3.5 กันไปแล้ว (ตามข่าว) ในที่สุดหมาไฟรุ่นใหม่ล่าสุดตัวเต็มก็ได้ออกมาให้พวกเราๆ ได้ใช้กันซักที โดยที่เปิดตัวไปแล้วเมื่อวาน ฟีเจอร์ใหม่ที่สำคัญในรุ่นนี้ได้แก่ Private Browsing, TraceMonkey, <video>, Location Aware Browsing (ถ้าโหลดมาแล้ว ทดลองได้กับ Flickr) และปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพโดยรวม

รุ่นใหม่นี้มีอะไรน่าสนใจบ้าง?

- Available in more than 70 languages.
- Support for the HTML5 <video> and <audio> elements including native support for Ogg Theora encoded video and – Vorbis encoded audio. (Try it here!)
- Improved tools for controlling your private data, including a Private Browsing Mode.
- Better web application performance using the new TraceMonkey JavaScript engine.
- The ability to share your location with websites using Location Aware Browsing. (Try it here!)
- Support for native JSON, and web worker threads.
- Improvements to the Gecko layout engine, including speculative parsing for faster content rendering.
- Support for new web technologies such as: downloadable fonts, CSS media queries, new transformations and properties, JavaScript query selectors, HTML5 local storage and offline application storage, <canvas> text, ICC profiles, and SVG transforms.

That’s Twitter | รู้จักทวิตเตอร์ให้ลึกยิ่งขึ้น

หลังจากที่ได้ทำการแนะนำกันไปแล้วว่า twitter คืออะไร คราวนี้เราก็มาดูเบื้องลึกของ twitter กันบ้างดีกว่าครับ “อยากเล่น twitter สนุกต้องอ่าน tweet ให้เป็นครับ”

มีอะไรในหน้า Home (http://twitter.com) — ดูรูปประกอบ

- Timeline ของเราและเครือข่ายที่เราตามอัพเดทข้อมูล (following)
- Information ข้อมูลของผู้ใช้
- – followings รายการอัพเดทจะมาอยู่ใน Timeline ของเรา
- – followers รายการอัพเดทของเราจะไปแสดงใน Timeline ของแต่ละ Follower
- – updates จำนวนข้อมูลที่ Tweet ไปแล้ว

- Menu และ Search
- – Home หน้าแรก — Timeline ของผู้ใช้
- – @ รวมรายการที่อ้างถึงผู้ใช้
- – Direct Messages ข้อความตรง ไม่แสดงใน Timeline
- – Favorites บันทึกข้อความโปรด

แต่ละ Tweet บอกอะไรบ้าง — ดูรูปประกอบ

- Avatar รูปประจำตัวของผู้ใช้แต่ละคน — ถ้าไม่ได้เปลี่ยนจะเป็นรูปพื้นฐานสีน้ำตาล
- Username ชื่อผู้ใช้
- Fullname ชื่อจริง หรือชื่ออื่นๆ ที่ผู้ใช้ระบุ (ถ้ามี) — ต้องคลิกที่วัน-เวลา เพื่อดูรายละเอียดในแต่ละ Tweet
- Message ข้อความที่ Tweet
- Information ของแต่ละ Tweet ประกอบด้วย วัน-เวลา, โปรแกรมที่ใช้ (from), ข้อมูลการสนทนา (ถ้ามี — in reply to)
- URL ของแต่ละ Tweet
